What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our items and the steep discounts we offer, all sales are final. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges.

How much does shipping cost?

We have a standard shipping cost of $7 per order. However, we offer free shipping on orders over $100.

How long does it take for orders to arrive?

We ship out within 1-3 days and delivery times will vary based on shipping carrier.

What kinds of payments do you accept?

Do you have a rewards program?

We have a rewards program for our in-store experience, but we do not have a rewards program for our online shopping yet!

Where is your physical store?

Our main store is located at 342 E 900 S, Salt Lake City. It houses are primary consignment items and new inventory. Our outlet store is located at 353 E 200 S, Salt Lake City. It houses our highly discounted items and is open twice a month.

Where do you source your inventory?

Our inventory comes from various sources, including showroom samples, directly from the brands and end of life pieces that need help being REVIVED all handpicked to ensure quality and uniqueness.

Do you offer personal styling services?

Yes! Our team of stylists is available to provide personalized styling help to elevate your fashion game. Feel free to ask for a styling session during your visit!
